CMSimple unter GPL

Der Entwickler des extrem schlanken Inhaltsverwaltungssystems CMSimple, Peter Harteg, gibt in seinem Forum bekannt, dass er sich entschlossen hat sein Projekt von nun an vollständig kostenfrei unter der GPL anzubieten.

Was soviel heißt wie: Es ist nun erlaubt, den (sehr dezenten) Link zur Herstellerseite zu entfernen. Wenn man bedenkt, dass man früher zwischen 30 und 300 € für die Entfernung der Links bezahlen musste, dann ist das ein enormer Schritt.

Leider wird das vermutlich auch einen Entwicklungsstop bedeuten, was sehr schade ist, denn CMSimple ist sehr schlank, kommt ohne Datenbank aus und ist trotzdem optimal anpass- und erweiterbar.
