hi!

ich habe ein installiertes win2k, aber mit deaktiviertem ACPI (standard-pc bei der installation) ...
kann ich das ohne neuinstallation ändern, damit sich das kastl von alleine abschalten kann oder nicht?

Ja, kannst du, geh im Control Panel auf System ins Register Hardware und dort auf Device Manager, unter "Computer" kannst du mit "Update Driver" einen neuen Treiber installieren.

Moeglicherweise gibts aber nacher Probleme mit der Hardware.

fias automatisch abschalten brauchst acpi ned.
Systemsteuerung -> Energieoptionen -> APM
Unterstützung für das Advanced Power Management aktivieren anhakerln.

sonst iss eher riskant, weil sonst evt. probs geben kann (s. acid)

hehe also ich hatte keine hardware probs mit rückinstallation von ACPI...
es ging einfach nichts mehr... ;)
