Hallo,

auch seit Vista habe ich die Tatsache, dass iaantmon.exe nahezu ständig mit 20-25% CPU Last läuft, siehe Screenshot.
Habe auch ständig HDD Zugriffe, die nicht "normal" sind.

Nein, Raid Arrays rebiulden oder repairen oder überprüfen nicht, zumindest nicht laut Intel Matrix Storage Raid Tool.

Jemand ne Idee?

Die ständigen HD zugriffe lassen im Laufe der Zeit nach, dieses iaantmon defragmentiert autom. die Festplatte, falls nötig ist.
