Würde mich interessieren was ihr davon hält und was ihr anders schreiben würdet. Ich will einfach keine 75 GXP Pladde mehr und mich pisst es gewaltig an dass diese Penner mir immer Serviceable Used Parts schicken... :mad:

To keep it short:

Please exchange this defective HDD for a HDD of another Series (60 GXP, I don´t mind if the capacity would be only 30 GB)

I have already got a 60 GXP HDD in exchange for the first defective 75GXP Disk, it works without Problems, but the two other “serviceable used part” 75 GXP HDD´s got bad sectors just after 3 and 2 weeks! IBM Drive Fitness Test could also not repair them with “delete disk”.

PLEASE! No more 75 GXP DTLA HDD
I am also willing to pay the difference for a 60 GB Disk, if this would be the only possible way to get a HDD of another series…

I am really bored of those IBM HDD´s failing with total Data Loss, it is now the seventh time!

wirst aba kaum a chance ham auf a gxp60, vor allem das mitn zahln wird sicha ned gehn..

Öhm, ja 75 GXP natürlich... schon raus editiert.
Das mitm zahlen hab ich geschrieben um dem ganzen etwas mehr Nachdruck zu verleihen... das erste mal habens mir ja eine neue 60 GB 60 GXP geschickt!

I am really angry because those friggin´ buggy IBM HDD´s were now failing (with total Data Loss of course) seven times in my computer!

Dann bekommst eine RMA Nummer, du brauchst aber den TRC (technical result code) von IBM Drive Fitness Test

irgendwie haben alle festplatten-hersteller die europa niederlassung in holland..

hatte troubles mit meiner seagate, musste sie auch nach holland schicken...

btw, brief passt so, mal sehen ob du chancen hast..

hmm.. eine Chance hast schon, Wenn auch eine kleine.
Als damals der Austausch meiner 45GB DTLA schon 2 Monate dauerte hab ich auch ein etwas schärferes Beschwerdemail geschrieben. Und siehe da, 5 Tage darauf war eine 60GB 60GXP im Postfach

Naja, bei mir hats immer 3-5 Wochen gedauert. Krass find ich dass der Versand 112-120$ kostet! Die schicken das aus Malaysia! Und nach 2 Wochen gehts dann erst wieder ein...

Aja, und der UPS Mensch hat letztes mal offensichtlich meine Unterschrift gefälscht und die Pladde hinter die Fußmatte gestellt, welche hochkant an die Tür gelehnt war! :eek:

bei uns daheim is no kane ibm plattn krepiert (und wir ham nur ibm plattn)... im gegenteil. wie mei letzter pc neu war (hp brio irgendwas... war a geschenk sonst hät i ma den e selbst zamgstellt) is glei amoi nach a poa wochn die 8gb quantum platte eingangen... hat a halbe ewigkeit dauert bis die wieder da war...

@hvg: ich habs immer als Paket geschickt, kostet 11.8€ und du bekommst einen Zettel dass du es abgeschickt hast. Als Brief ginge es auch aber da bekommt man nix (nur Rechnung)

Jaaa! Eine Baraccuda ATA IV!!! Super Platte! Total leise, auch das Zugriffsgeräusch! Hab ich einem Freund eingebaut... die Platte r0ckt echt!
