pc100 is ja klar, 222 bedeuted cas2 latency, ras to cas delay 2 und rasprechargetime 2 (alles in taktzyclen), 6 ist 6ns zugriffszeit, 2 ist die spdeeprom verion (1.2 A), 0 is immer 0
