tweak ram timings to 2-2-2-11 too. but be careful you cool good enough!

increase vcore in little steps. sorry but i don't know what is standard vcore for your cpu. and watch the temp...

the standard vcore of amd xp 3000 is 1.65v
dimm's--> 2.6

my cpu cooler is coolermaster aero7+ @35º
board--> @ 15º
my case have 5 fan's, it's a antec plusviewAMG, the same model as "chieftec Dragon"

hope xou put enough thermal paste on the die an the northbridge (of course beyond the coolers ). the other 5 are fans but not coolers. for oc i qould arrange them like that:
one on the mosfets
one on the rams
one on the graphics card
one as intake low in the front of the case
one rear at the same hight as the cpucooler.

than:
get yourself the best modbios for your a7n8x
give 1.8VCore
Push Vdimm to 2,9, leave timings@spd.
download 8rdavcore and its manual
boot up with stock settings(FSB an timings). start prime95
push the fsb to 175 and then up in 5mhz steps. wait for 2 Minutes at least whether prime shows errors. then take the next step. an mind the temps. it should not go far above 65 or 70, otherwise it won't be stable later on.
when prime/whole machine crashes => boot up normal again an start 5mhz before it crashed. you could try to push vcore even further, if the temp allows it!

btw. what kingston rams do you exactly own?
