Dothan's successor, the 65nm Jonah is said to contain dual core on a single die and it is a physical multi-threaded processor which is architecturally different from HT (2 logical processors in a single core). Since Jonah is a dual core CPU, it has a higher TDP of 45W compared to 27W of the Dothan but when at battery mode, it is possible to shutdown one core to conserve power. Jonah is estimated to have a die size of 100-120mm2 compared to 87mm2 of the Dothan.
