THE WITCHER Saga on Netflix

Netflix is developing and producing a new English language drama series based on The Witcher, the globally popular fantasy saga from Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski, that has entranced legions of fans worldwide.

“I’m thrilled that Netflix will be doing an adaptation of my stories, staying true to the source material and the themes that I have spent over thirty years writing,” said Sapkowski. “I’m excited about our efforts together, as well as the team assembled to shepherd these characters to life.” Andrzej Sapkowski will serve as a creative consultant on the series.

Das wird wohl die erste Netflix-Serie sein, die ich mir anschau. Sofern sie es nicht in den Sand setzen. Die Erwartungen an die Qualität sind ja immens hoch würd ich mal sagen.

Und ich hoff sie holen Percival für den Soundtrack an Bord

Das Studio hat doch die CGI Szenen vom witcher gemacht, evtl wird dir Serie auch full CGI?

The Witcher kommt als TV-Serie auf Netflix

Der Streaming-Dienst Netflix produziert eine TV-Serie basierend auf den The Witcher-Romanen des polnischen Autors Andrzej Sapkowski.

Sapkowksi wird dafür als kreativer Berater tätig sein, während der Regisseur Tomas Baginski der Intro-Videos aller drei Witcher-Videospiele mindestens eine Folge pro Staffel drehen wird.
