hallo Leute

Ich habe vor ein FSC Notebook zu kaufen.

hat schon jemand erfahrungen mit dem Support?

Einem Freund wurd eines gleich mal ausgetauscht, kann aber auch ein Einzelfall sein.

DIe Firma in der ich derzeit tätig bin, kauft derzeit nur FSC notebooks und generell kann man sagen, dass der Support nicht schlecht ist.
Je nach Problem dauert es zw. 3 und 14 Tagen, obwohl wir auch ein Notebook haben das schon 3 Wochen dort ist.
Die Frage ist nur ob der Support bei Privatkunden ähnlich oder sogar gleich ist als bei Firmen.
