wie sieht es dann eigentlich aus wenn man von Anbieter A auf Anbieter B wechseln möchte? Können Mails, Ordnerstrukturen, Filterregeln, Kontakte, Kalender "auf Knopfdruck" übernommen werde?

kommt auf deinen anbieter an. rein von der technischen seite kannst du ein exchange postfach relativ easy migrieren.
