Probleme mit WLAN (MacBook vs WRT54GL)

ich hab ein problem mit meinem macbook und meinem router (wrt54gl mit dd-wrt). zeitweise geht die performance aber total in den keller:

ich hab jetzt mal die kanal-wahl auf "auto" umgestellt, das bringt aber zumindest kurzfristig keine merkbare verbesserung. was kanns da sonst noch haben?

ich habs jetzt mal am desktop getestet, dort hab ich durchgehend pings um die 28ms (halt ohne wlan). verschlüsselung wpa2-psk tkip+aes. zweites wlan-gerät hab ich leider keines, und mit der wii kann man nicht pingen...
