Yep das ist das Todesurteil.

Twitter war halt dazu da das man ne Menge Leute simpel über etwas informieren kann. Wenn das als Leser nur mehr mit Account geht ist der Sinn nicht mehr vorhanden.

Sehe das genauso wie Hansmaulwurf und Jedimaster.

Twitter war eigentlich DIE! öffentliche shortnews Plattform. Wenn lesen ohne Account nicht mehr geht, hat Twitter kein Alleinstellungsmerkmal mehr und ist einfach eine von unzähligen, bedeutungslosen social media Plattformen.

Das klingt vor allem nach einer Ausrede weil es zu wenig Ressourcen gibt. Aber wenigstens ist er so vernünftig zu kapieren das das eine miese Idee ist

es is sicher ned von gestern auf heute passiert, ich geh mal davon aus, dass elmo aus vershene über ein dashboard gestolpert ist wo die aktiven instanzen angezeigt wurden und der arme techniker hat dann gsagt "ja, das sind die ähh... die bösen AI firmen... und die machn das seit.. äh.. grad jetzt!"
