Also ich habe hier eine Textgruppe die standardmäßig ausgeblendet ist:

Und diese soll jetzt über einen externen Link, bei MouseOver eingeblendet werden. Wie macht man das am Besten?

Du gibst der div eine ID und verbindest deinen Link mit einem JavaScript, so ca. mit diesem Inhalt:

Dass ich es mit JavaScript lösen kann weiß ich eh, möchte aber CSS verwenden, da es mit JavaScript mit dem be****** IEXplorer mit den Sicherheitseinstellungen immer Probleme gibt, und das daher auf jedem PC anders is
