Eine unorthodoxe Lösung wäre, jedes Programm auf einem Comp in an Netzwerk rennen zu lassen, diese mittels NAT Proxyserver mit dem Internet verbinden und mit der Proxysoftware wie zB Sybergen Access Server die Bandbreitenprioritäten der Comps definieren ...
