Eine frage!

wie mache ich das unter WindowsXP das ein normaler Benutzer ohne Admin rechte eine DLL bzw OCX Datei mit dem regsvr32 registrieren darf!

ich schätze mal das das irgendwo in den policies steht aber ich find nix an!!
