Kann man den Löschen?
Schaut so aus als wären des die filex vom service-pack nur entpackt

Vermutlich kannst du die löschen. Und vermutlich brauchst du sie wieder, sobald du (oder das OS) neue Treiber oder Windows-Teile installierst.
