seit ein paar minuten habe ich das problem das im Internet Explorer alles uaf englischen Tastenlayout rennt.

Hab schon meine Spracheinstellungen gecheckt,...
weis einfach ned was haben kann! ply help!

ICQ is normal,.. nur IE

Du hast Alt+LeftShift gedrückt - den Shortcut kannst irgendwo im Control Panel (Regional Settings -> Input Locales, oder Keyboard, AFAIR) abdrehen.
