I have a harddisc and two partitions.
On the second partition is WIN/ME, that i installed some
time ago.
Now I've installed WIN/XP on the first partition out of dos,
so WIN/XP hasn't detected WIN/ME yet...

In the registry Startup in System, you can manually add
an entry to Boot.ini.
There stands:
[Operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows XP" /fastdetect

Anyone know what's the right entry to add the WIN/ME from
the second partition here ?

Zitat
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Windows ME"

Das sollte normalerweise funktionieren wobei ="Windows ME" auch ="based on phu***** DOS" genauso funktioniert, das ist egal.
