wollte nur fragen ob im grundpaket zu suse linux ein brauchbarer software ftp server vorhanden ist. und wenn ja wie heisst er? will mir nicht alle paar tausend pakete durchschauen :D

danke schon mal im vorraus

Ich würde ProFTPD nehmen. Download gibt es notfalls auch hier - http://proftpd.linux.co.uk/

der standard ftp-server (ftpd) is eh bestens geeignet dafür. warum nicht den verwenden?

proftpd is genial fuer normale dinge sowie eben auch komplizierte dinge
und sowas von geil config-erweiterbar
wahnsinn

fuer groessere unternehmen die zb access rechte per ldap verwalten
