Tia!

Thanks! ;)

Vielleicht braucht ja sonst noch jemand diese Info, also hier der wichtigste Auszug:

TECH SUPPORT COULD NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
NOW WHAT DO I DO?

Contact the reseller/retailer where you purchased the product. They can handle such returns most efficiently, particularly if the product was just purchased recently.

I’M NOT HAVING GOOD LUCK WITH THE RETAILER/RESELLER.
WHAT DO I DO NOW?

You need to request an RMA from Corsair. This request needs to have evidence of your contact with technical support, in the form of a postID number from the Ram Guy boards (which will appear on the left side of your post). This number will allow us to quickly identify and analyze the problem you are having with the part.

The request can be made three ways:

Complete an RMA Form, and submit it to Corsair. You will receive a response within 24 hours, usually sooner.

Or you can print the PDF version and fax it to Corsair. You will receive a response within 24 hours, usually sooner.

An editable Excel version can be found here. Complete the form and email it to protected. You will receive a response within 24 hours, usually sooner.

OK, I'VE SUBMITTED THE RMA FORM AND RECEIVED AN RMA
NUMBER. WHERE DO I SEND THE PART?

Make sure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package and send it to the following address:

Corsair Memory
Attn: Returns
44141 S. Grimmer Blvd.
Fremont, CA 94538

ONCE I HAVE SENT THE PART, WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE IT
(OR THE REPLACEMENT PART) BACK?

Replacement will be sent via 3-day shipping method. It will be processed by Corsair within 72 hours of when we receive it (usually sooner), or you will be contacted. (Read Corsair's entire warranty policy)
