Nachdem mein 'Fred the Ripper' projekt langsam zum Ende kommt ... gibts irgendwelche U.2 SSD's die als MDADM Cache geeignet sind ?

gegenfrage, welche soll nicht geeignet sein?

halt evtl. keine nehmen die speziell als read-centric beworben wird und auf die TBW schauen.

Ich hätte angenommen das es hier auch Unterschiede gibt wie bei den SATA/Nvme's - sprich Mit/ohne Dram, SLC, QLC usw.. ?

Grad als Cache wäre eine QLC ja komplett ungeeignet ?

praktisch alle verbauen 3D-NAND TLC, für billigen Kram nimmt man gleich Sata.
