hmm is irgendwie eine schwere entscheidung

Infineon's haben 7.5 NS rating...

die PC-150 CAS 2-2-2 sticks haben 6NS RAM (166mhz rated speed) damits auf 150mhz mit CAS 2-2-2 stabil laeuft
