das .net framework ist gratis, gibts direkt auf der hp von microsoft.

.net kannst ganz einfach über Windows-Update einspielen.

Sorry, falls es nicht so freundlich rübergekommen ist, ich hab einfach schon drauf gewartet, daß einer das fette "Windows users NOTE" nicht liest.
