There are very few issues with the Samsung SyncMaster 191T. To start, we've already talked about the Anti-Glare coating that has a bit of impotency in daylight and florescent lit areas. This impacts gaming where the scene is dark, as the coating seems to reflect light back into your eyes. Another minor issue is that it takes six or seven seconds for the display to turn-on from a cold 'start'. Even rebooting or hitting the reset switch on the PC results in a wait for the display to show an image. This is irritating since the POST information during boot-up (such as BIOS version, detected RAM, CPU speed, etc) is just no longer visible since you ahve to wait for the display to show it. Lastly, the base has enough room to house the AC adapter power-brick. I would have liked to have seen it integrated into the base.
