Gibt es PCMIA Karten für Laptops wo man Serial ATA Geräte anschliessen kann und dann mit diesen booten kann?

für windows sind alle platten an pcmcia ide controllern "wechselndatenträger", somit kannst du davon genausowenig wie von usb booten.
