wenn ich zb. nen duron 800
von 8x100
auf 6x133 stell, muss ich da vcore raufgehn?

Nein, Du brauchst die VCore nicht erhöhen! Aber es kann sein das er nicht auf 133 läuft. Normal sollte er aber schon.

Mein Duron 900 sagt bei FSB133 1.7v "nein danke" und kommt nicht mehr hoch...

wen das 1.7v für den vcore steht dann stell den doch ein bissal rauf dann geht er sicher noch ein bissal höher.
