Welche 256MB PC133 Rams unter 600,- könnt Ihr mir empfehlen?

die vom Raisl sind aber auch gut

256 MB CL2, man bekommt entweder infineon oder micron

ich hab die micron auf 150@CL2 also no prob und billig
