The integrated GeForce 9300 graphics processor delivers some of the best gaming performance I’ve seen from any integrated graphics chipset. Thanks to the DirectX 10-class GPU and 16 so-called CUDA processors running at 1.2GHz with a 450MHz graphics core, the integrated GPU is able handle the latest games at low resolutions and detail levels.

Surprisingly, though, the Zotac’s BIOS has an impressive array of tweaking and overclocking options. There are plenty of front-side bus and memory clock options, and the BIOS easily lets you key in arbitrary values. On the voltage front, the BIOS offers processor, memory, and chipset options, although the ranges are quite limited - after all, the platform has its limitations.

Sure you can get an Atom-based Mini-ITX board for half the price, but Zotac’s offering is in its own class if you want to build either a diminutive home theatre PC that can play back Blu-ray movies smoothly over HDMI or, with the addition of a discrete graphics card, a potent gaming rig that’s easy to carry to LAN parties. In fact, it is the best Mini-ITX board I’ve ever tested.

Dennoch waren in dem Text zumindest neue Infos zum Board - wie etwa das doch recht umfangreiche BIOS.

Der alte Audio Codec ist ein Schwachpunkt, wesentlich störender ist jedoch der nicht ausgeführte dritte SATA Anschluss. :mad:

SSD + Datengrab + optisches Laufwerk ist die optimale Kombination, hier aber leider nicht möglich.

also die alte GTX260 und GTX280 können es noch, neue Grafikkarten mit GT200b haben hybrid power abgeschalten

empfehlen das brett für htpc und hat nicht mal einen pci slot für dvb-s2 und co.

Muss halt der PEG-Slot dran glauben. Oder man frickelt einen USB2-Adapter dran.

Ein "ernstzunehmender" HTPC hat ohnehin mehr Stellflaeche verdient als eine miniITX-Zigarettenschachtel. Sowas koennte ich mir aber z. B. als Client fuer VDR vorstellen.

Gar keine, weil NVIDIA den Chipsatz für diese Funktion nicht freigegeben hat.

Ich hab das mehrmals auf einem nF 780a Brett probiert und selbst nach mehreren Treiberupdates war das de-/aktivieren einfach derart unzuverlässig, dass es keinen Spaß machte.

kenne keine DVBs/DVBc Karte die man per PCIe anbinden kann. angeblich gibts da was polnisches: X3M digital hab diese aber noch nirgends gefunden. DVBt gibts schon ein paar aber nicht viel.

Firewire gibts die Digital Everywhere Karten die sehr gut sind und jetzt kommen ein paar USB2.0 dinger von denen ich nicht ganz überzeugt bin.

danke, dann fällts flach. Wäre der einzige Grund mir einen nvidia crap Chipsatz zu kaufen

muss gestehen wennst nicht gerade im Video schnitt sektor was machst, brauch ich FW nicht mehr - hab kein einziges gerät welches ich nicht per eSATA oder USB ohne Nachteile auch betreiben kann

Wie du schon gesagt hast, die digital-everywhere TV-Karten wären für mich bei einem HTPC ein Muss, ich bin mit meiner sehr zufrieden und ORF HD funktioniert auch ohne Probleme.
