vorallem kommt mir ein 80nm prozess sehr komisch vor!
müsste mal suchen, aber imho wird doch nur in 90 und 65nm produiziert

graka hersteller nehmen immer auch die sog. half node prozesse mit rein in ihre produkt palette -> 110nm war auch in verwedung bei einigen RV modelen.

In Anbetracht des ohnehin schon recht ansehnlichen Energieverbrauchs frage ich mich, wie das dann mit höheren Taktraten aussieht.
