Those with better cooling solutions inside their cases (good cooling, low noise) would most likely not benefit from this product (unless they want to control the power draw by the fans…the Pyramid helps with this, too). It's intended more for someone who has added extra fans to get better cooling, but is tired of the noise produced by the higher RPM fans.
