hallo.

da ich schon länger auf wohnungs suche bin und leider nicht wirklich etwas finde dachte ich mir ich frag hier einmal.

ich bin auf der suche nach einer kleinen wohnung so um die 35-40m² (kann auch mehr sein) bis 400.- (inkl. betriebskosten). bevorzugte bezirk sind 6. 7. 8. 14. 16. (am bessten in U3 nähe) :-)

sind viele ansprüche auf einmal die man sowieso nicht alle abdrecken kann aber falls wer etwas von euch weiss wäre das super.

nja, ich hab meine coole wohnung so gefunden
vorteile:
1)viel drin
2) bekannt
3) meist keine makler/provisionen

und die x€ für die zeitung sind ja wohla uch noch drin, oder gibts die nimmer?
