I've got the gift

I've got the gift,
I don't know why,
It teases me,
Oh me oh my!

It's a threat,
a dark sky dawning,
You see the bird?
The sun is shining.

Even though i'm really strange,
I'm too confused to rearange,
The gift just keeps me at my place,
I'm drifting into outer space.

Light hits my eyes,
it's freezing cold,
without disguise,
i feel so old.
