Well, I would like to take this opportunity to applaud you. This is a wonderfully sick and twisted publicity stunt, which deserves to be applauded. You’ve managed to pull the wool over many people’s eyes. Unfortunately, this was not a perfect plan.

1. While the story focuses in the Americas, Asia-Pacific is highlighted on the BBC’s map on the left side.
2. Last Updated: Monday, 2 May, 2005, 07:46 GMT 08:46 UK
3. The entire left frame is not consistent with the BBC’s site style.
4. Election 2005 (Britain’s Parliamentary Elections) ended long ago.
5. “TOP ASIA-PACIFIC STORIES NOW”
6. http://www.radpin.com/journal.aspx?storyid=135 Shouldn’t reveal your plot online.
7. Bad excuse for why the spoofed BBC site is not online.
8. That doesn't look like a woman mourning her loss, as much as someone looking to kill.
9. Should have used a local news website instead of the BBC. Easier excuse.
10. The candlelight vigil is the 9/11 Candlelight vigil, I think.

You stole that spoof from when someone made a spoof stories about zombies, didn’t you? I’m not sure, but it appears so.
Either way, good job with that, though it is hardly perfect. Congratulations on fooling so many people, and I expect this post to be deleted rather quickly (so the joke can go on). I hope to make the appropriate fixes so it isn’t quite so apparent.
