EU-Domain

Hab vor mittlerweile bald einem Jahr eine .eu-Domain für Sunrise2 angemeldet. Die gleiche Domain hätte gerne auch ein Franzose, blöderweise war sein Registrar 2 mins vorher bei der EURid.

Frage 1: Wer kriegt die jetzt? Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst?

Frage 2: Warum dauert das so lange? Der Status ist noch immer auf Initial. Lt. Legende heipt das:

Danach sollte wohl eins davon eintreten:

The Application has been validated and the right on the name has been proven. The domain name is now in the 40 day waiting period, after which it will be activated.

Rejected
The Registry has taken the decision not to register the Domain Name in the name of the Applicant.

Expired
Documentary evidence was not received by the Processing Agent within forty (40) calendar days following receipt of the Application by the Registry.

Activated
The Registry has activated the Domain name since no ADR procedure has been initiated within forty (40) calendar days against the decision of the Registry to register the Domain Name.

Not considered
The Application is not considered due to the registration and the activation of the Domain Name in the name of another Applicant

Aber da tut sich schon seit einem halben Jahr genau nix! Ich steh an zweiter Stelle in der Liste, meint ihr, ich hab noch eine Chance, die Domain zu kriegen oder nicht? Ich habs schon aufgegeben dran zu glauben, aber nachdem sich so lange nix tut schöpf ich wieder Hoffnung...
