Arnold elected governor with no method to reduce debt without raising taxes (since he's not cutting programs).
Only method available are Bush handouts, which basically means the other 49 states get to pay off California's debt (California's debt is transformed into federal debt). Forest fires start. Bush declares California disaster area, allowing federal funds to be diverted without raising alarms. Now I wouldn't normally submit this kind of conspiracy theory, but given the existence of video proof showing who started the fires, I would have to wonder. |
