naja schon klar, dass nicht alles bargeld ist.
ist halt der sinn der sache bei so einem deal um auch anreize zu schaffen.

derzeit beträgt die market cap von FB 160mrd$ - die 1,6mrd fb-aktien sind sicher nichts was den kurs derart drücken würde.
es verkauft auch niemand sofort alle anteile - das geht immer in tranchen solange du es nicht super eilig hast
abgesehen davon steht im vertrag garantiert, dass sie erst nach z.b. 12 monate veräußern dürfen.
