http://www.gamepc.com/labs/view_con...knf2&page=1 While I personally have not had a ton of experience with Soltek boards in the past, I've been pleasantly surprised with my experiences with the new SL-75FRN-L Golden Flame nForce2 motherboard. Considering the $100 or lower price tag which will be accompanied with this motherboard, there is obviously a lot of bang for your buck here. Throw in a 333 MHz FSB Athlon XP, a decent graphics card from ATI or nVidia, and you've got a quick and easy game rig.

Performance wise, there is basically no difference in the numbers with the Soltek Golden Flame against any other nVidia nForce2 SPP/IGP board we've tested to date. The Soltek actually has a very slight performance advantage over the competition, but again, not really enough to notice a difference in real world applications. The board's overclocking options are nice, and the BIOS system allows for a tremendous amount of customization with memory functions as well.
