ich will das betabios für mein 8k5a2 installn - weiss jetzt aber nicht ob ich ALLES updaten soll oder nur Bootblock+Mainblock (ESCD, DMI block - auch?)

plz help !

Alles, kann nie schaden. Das andere sind eh nur CMOS-speicherresidente Konfigurationsdaten, da geht nix verloren was manuell einzustellen wäre (im Normalfall).

thx noch eine frage -> mit "clear cmos" oder ohne ?
kanns sein dass "ohne" was schief geht ?

mach bios reset und dann flash neues drauf mit oc'ed einstellungen is nie gut flashen ;)

aja aba flash ned per win ;) machs per dos bootdisk und awdflash is bessa weil wenns da is win aufprackt beim flash is ned gut ;)

Na, unter WinNT würd ich mir keine Sorgen machen, das wär paranoid.
