I was expecting the board to tip over at a little over 400MHz at CL3-3-3-5, 1T which is really taxing on the Memory sticks and the Memory Controller. It gave me a pleasant surprise by obligingly moving up to 436MHz. 1T easily gives a 5-8% improvement in benchmark performance over 2T so the speed at which a motherboard can run at this setting is of significance.

[...]The DFI LAN Party UT NF590 SLI-M2R/G is a lonely musketeer which offers performance blinkingly close to the top performers out there. It misses the gold medal by a slight bit, but offers a very attractive layout to lure the enthusiasts. That and a top-notch BIOS which offers the kind of fine-tuning one will not find on any other motherboard at this period, nor in a long while to come.
