Chaintech bereitet ein Über-Board vor

ZNF3-150 soll es heißen und für Socket 754 Athlon 64 CPUs ist es gedacht. Basierend auf dem nVidia nForce3 Chipsatz wird es mit vielen Features ausgestattet sein, die man so bei den High-End Boards findet.
Neu ist allerdings, dass Chaintech ein spezielles Lüftungssystem mit dem Namen RadEX (Revolutionary Active Direct EXhaust) implementieren will. Die Pionierarbeit dazu stammt von Abit's OTES-System, doch Chaintech will hier mit Heat-pipes offenbar einen Schritt weiter gehen. Mit dem Mainboard soll ein CBOX3 3,5'' Frontpanel ausgeliefert werden (wie es ua. auch beim 9CJS Zenith der Fall war), das Anschlüsse für USB2.0, FireWire und einen Six-in-One Cardreader bereitstellt.
Preise und Verfügbarkeit stehen noch nicht fest; ich tippe jedoch auf eine offizielle Vorstellung auf der diesjährigen Computex.
