What's more, the features included are built into the board for the user's convenience, such as the rich I/O options readily accessible from the ATX I/O panel, or the power connectors that keep power cables away from the CPU fan. Contrast this with other manufacturers, where added features often seem like afterthoughts.
Abit manages to deliver reasonable performance without resorting to default overclocking, yet the SoftMenu BIOS setup lets you tweak the system to your heart's content.
In the end, the IC7-G does perform well, is highly tweakable and represents an excellent example of the art of building a great motherboard.
