thx!! hat gefunzt mit strg + F1 momentan bin ich bei 2300mhz aber 2500 will ich noch schaffen!!!:D

Endlich !
das neue BIOS vom 28.06. (version F6) hat mein Problem behoben.
Die CPU läuft jetzt einwandfrei mit 2500 Mhz bei 1,4 Volt und Cool'n Quiet funktioniert dabei.
