Ich such jetzt schon eine Weile, hab aber nix gescheites gefunden.
Außerdem weiß ich net so wirklich was ich da downloaden soll :confused:

Will einfach nur eine CD haben mit der ich es auf meinen rechner installieren kann.

Kann mir wer sagen wo ich ein CD Image finde?
Die server die ich gefunden habe sind leider alle down.

Es gibt Gentoo Live CDs mit KDE/GNOME:

Ich bin aber nicht sicher ob sich diese auf die Festplatte installieren lassen.

am besten du saugst da a live-cd mit stage3-tarball; dann hast in ca 1er stunde a funktionionierendes gentoo; sprich du kannst es booten und dich einloggen; das wars auch dann schon

ne frage, an was kanns liegen wenn sich mein pc beim booten von der livecd immer freezed, wenn da steht:
"Starting USB and PCI hotpluging....."

Hab mal alle usb geräte abgesteckt und die usb ports im bios deaktiviert.
Außerdem hab ich alle pci karten bis auf die netzwerkkarte rausgerissen.

Hat aber nix geholfen.

Beides war aber ohne wirkung, any ideas was ich da tun kann?

bei der x86 install anleitung findest du unter 2) die möglichen bootparameter:

Start by booting the LiveCD. You should see a fancy boot screen with the Gentoo Linux logo on it. At this screen, you can hit Enter to begin the boot process, or boot the LiveCD with custom boot options by specifying a kernel followed by boot options and then hitting Enter. For example gentoo nousb nohotplug. Consult the following table for a list of available kernels and options or press F2 to view the help screen

probier mal die nousb und nohotplug,
hört sich für mich passend an..

Versuch einfach mal mit "nousb nohotplug" als boot-option hochzufahren (einfach beim bootlogo-schirm eingeben und dann enter)
