Wollte fragen ob jemand weiss ob der Intel SASUC8I Controller mit Debian lauft..

Nachdem in der "Tested hardware and operating system list" (http://www.intel.com/support/mother...b/CS-029918.htm) mit SLES und RHEL zwei GNU/Linux-Distributionen auftauchen, und der Controller keine exotische Enterprise-Hardware anbindet, gehe ich davon aus, dass auch ein Debian-(Lenny-, Squeeze dann natuerlich auch)Kernel ihn unterstuetzt.

Ist angeblich baugleich zu bzw. ein Rebadge von einem LSI SAS3081E-R (http://www.dealextreme.com/p/lsi-sa...s-adapter-51316), der, wenn er nicht mit einem Zwillingsbruder in einem gemeinsamen System zum Einsatz kommt, zumindest schon unter 2.6.31 (plus etwaige Ubuntu-Patches, siehe http://www.linuxquestions.org/hcl/s...hp/product/4453) Unterstuetzung findet.

Es wuerde mich sehr ueberraschen, wuerde der Controller unter Squeeze (2.6.32) nicht einfach ootb laufen.
