Ich besitze z.Zt ein Noti mit Pentium-M und 512MB CL2.5 DDR Ram (PC333).
Stattdessen möchte ich mir 1024MB reinbauen, frage ist nur welchen?

Ist es Sinnvoll sich einen CL3.0 mit 400 MHz zu besorgen?
Inwiefern hängt FSB mit der Ramtaktung zusammen und warum les ich bei Intel von einem FSB von 400MHz, bei Geizhals jedoch von einem FSB von 100MHz beim identen Prozessor (Pentium-M 1.4).

Welche Lösung ist Ideal?

p-m haben immer nur 100mhz fsb (quadpumped auf 400mhz und erst der neue 765 hat einen 133 mhz fsb)

Zum speicher 400mhz kanst beim lepi mit intel 855gm(e) chipsatz ruhig außen vor lassen. der unterstützt maximal ddr mit 333mhz.
