Kann man mit einem Programm die Notebook lüfter permanent laufen lassen?
Also auf volle Umdrehungen?

Die Geräuschentwicklung is im Prinzip egal.

Klar, alle die die CPU zu 100% auslasten. Die Frage ist nur, ob das sinnvoll ist.
