UPC - Ubee modem - VPN setting

Dear all,

I am new in Vienna and I am desperately trying to make my VPN (PPTP) working here in Vienna

I asked UPC to deliver to me the only modem that apparently let the VPN works, which is the UBEE one. Unfortunately VPN is still not connecting. If I connect from any Mc Donald, Starbucks of the city it perfectly works.

I surfed the net looking for a solution but did not solve nothing. However, one of the thousands posts I read brought me to this forum.

I hope that someone here could help me! Thanks a lot.

Ditch PPTP it's massivly insecure, try to get OpenVPN working.
