Hi,

eine Frage zur Internetverbindung.

Habe XP pro und bin per Kabel im http://www.
Auch wenn ich nichts downloade, habe wird permanent einen Download von 1,5kb/s - 2,5kb/s.

Keine Programme im Hintergrund offen, außer Norton IS.
Wenn ich meinen Rechner den ganzen Tag an habe, wegen zB Seti, und nicht downloade, habe ich trotzdem min. 170MB.

Was geht da im Netz ab?
