Hat schon jemand Chili Schnaps gemacht? Bischen Googeln hat paar Ideen gebracht, wäre aber für Tips dankbar. Vorläufige Idee für Rezept wäre: 1l Korn, 1 Habanero, bischen Honig, paar Rosinen, 1 Vanilleschote, 2-4 Wochen ziehen lassen.

Tips? Ideen?

absolut infusion gibts auch mit (gelben) chilis. sehr potent :eek:
