Hi!
Ich such n Programm das die genutzte Inet Bandbreite auf dem eigenen PC reguliert.

Es sollte einstellbar sein:
xx KB/s upload
xx KB/s download
xxx MB maximaler Download pro Monat

Wie gesagt, man muss es einfach auf dem eigenen PC installieren können.
Fein wär auch noch ein Passwortschutz damit man nix umstellen kann.

Bietet leider keinen PW-Schutz.

Am liebsten wär mir einfach ein ganz einfaches Programm welches kurz einstellen kannst , allgemein: UP und DOWNload.
Ohne speziell auf Programme einzugehen

und noch einer der die suchfunktion nicht kennt oder schlichtweg zu dumm ist sie zu benutzen.
